Tariff Rate means the rate set forth within the Tariff for transportation of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline System, excluding any viscosity surcharge, loading, handling, switch and other charges. Weighted Common Tariff Rate means the common Tariff Charge actually incurred by MPC during any Quarter for transportation of all MPC Deliveries on the Pipeline System for such Quarter.
